This is the place where we will post your stories about the Green's Playhouse, The Glasgow Apollo and Satelitte City (The Wee Apollo). As it develops we will break the stories up into sections such as Myths, Gigs I missed, Meeting the Bands, Where are they now etc. No story too trivial and we will only edit out bad language!
New Forum structure on Apollomemories soon.

| Saw them with the Quo in 77 ? I met them in the only plush hotel that Glasgow
had to offer at that time ( The Albany) and I still have all their autographs
along with Rick Parfitt's. Great gig, if memory serves me correct it was the
Rockin all over the world tour ( the start of quo descending into a cabaret
act) PETER BAXTER

| Saw the British Lions (ex Mott members minus Hunter) twice. Supporting AC/DC in 1978
and Quo either the year before or after. Good band..unfortunately came out just as
punk rock developed and thus never attained the success they should have.
